Dr. Seiler’s extensive experience in sports medicine, athletics, and orthopedics gives him the foundation to provide a program that emphasizes safety, proper biomechanics, and confidence-building in the weight room.

Provide step-by-step instruction to properly perform foundational movements: Examples include Squat, Deadlift, Alternative Exercises, Upper Body Lifts, Proper use of Equipment, and How to structure a workout.
