The “Learn to Lift” program is designed to help individuals of all backgrounds overcome fear and hesitation around weight training. Whether you’re a young adult new to lifting, someone recovering from an injury, or simply looking to learn proper technique with expert guidance, this program provides a safe, science-based approach to strength training. Dr. Seiler’s extensive experience in sports medicine, athletics, and orthopedics gives him the foundation to provide a program that emphasizes safety, proper biomechanics, and confidence-building in the weight room.

Strength Training Fundamentals

Understand how to lift safely to reduce injury and build strength.

Individualized Assessment & Goal Setting

Identify individual strengths, weaknesses, and limitations. Set realistic goals for building strength.

Movement Screenings & Assessments

Full evaluation of one’s physical well being to determine areas contributing to health risk or reduced quality of life. Areas include but are not limited to strength, flexibility, power, cardiovascular fitness, and balance.​

Technique & Form Mastery

Provide step-by-step instruction to properly perform foundational movements: Examples include Squat, Deadlift​, Alternative Exercises, Upper Body Lifts​, Proper use of Equipment​, and How to structure a workout.​

Home Gym Set-up

Understand how to use the equipment you already have on hand, or strategically plan for what you need to achieve your goals. ​
